Terms and Conditions
What These Terms Cover
These terms apply to anyone reading the Water Filtration University Park website. The site exists to explain the water filtration work we do for homeowners in University Park, TX and the surrounding area. By using it, you agree to the points below. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
General Information, Not a Diagnosis
Our pages describe how equipment like carbon filters, sediment cartridges, softeners and reverse osmosis units work, and why one might suit a home better than another. That is general background. Water chemistry changes from one house to the next because of plumbing age, fixture materials and the condition of the service line, so nothing here is a reading of the water in your home.
A recommendation for your home comes only after we have tested your water or looked at your system in person. Please do not rely on the website alone to decide on treatment or to judge whether your water is safe to drink.
How Contact Works
The phone is the only way to reach us through this site. There are no forms, online booking or chat. When you call, you choose what to tell us, such as your address, a description of the problem or the age of your current equipment. Our Privacy Policy explains how we treat that information.
Estimates and Work Are Agreed Separately
The website does not list prices and does not form a contract for any service. Scope, equipment, cost and scheduling for any job are worked out with you directly, based on what we find at your home. Those terms, not the general descriptions on this site, govern the work.
Ownership of Site Content
The text, layout and images on this site belong to Water Filtration University Park or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, print or share a page for your own household planning. Copying the content for commercial use or republishing it elsewhere is not allowed without our permission.
Outside Sources and Limits of Responsibility
We sometimes mention outside material, such as a water utility's annual quality report. We do not control those sources and cannot vouch for their accuracy or how current they are.
We try to keep the site correct and up to date, but it is provided as is. To the extent Texas law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on general website content rather than on advice given for your specific home.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the site or our services change, and the version posted here is the one in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If you have a question about them, you can ask us by phone at (214) 379-7564.
